COLISEUM LEAGUE

Crenshaw 54, Jefferson 14
Cameron Hart completed 10 of 20 passes for 250 yards and five touchdowns for the Cougars (4-4, 3-0) at Jefferson. Kemonte Batmon had four receptions for 109 yards and three touchdowns and Noel Grisby added three receptions for 43 yards and two touchdowns for Crenshaw, which led, 22-0, at halftime. The host Democrats fell to 2-1 in league.

EASTERN LEAGUE

Huntington Park 27, Roosevelt 21
Huntington Park running back Edward Maldonado caught touchdown passes of 47 and 52 yards in the victory over Roosevelt (4-4, 1-3). Maldonado the led Spartans (4-4, 2-2) with 10 carries for 50 yards. Spartan quarterback Oscar Ramos completed 10 of 16 passes for 159 yards.

L.A. Jordan 42, Garfield 22
James Boyd completed 23 of 29 passes for 283 yards, passed for three touchdowns and rushed for two touchdowns to lead host L.A. Jordan (6-3, 5-0) to victory over Garfield (6-2, 3-1) . Jordan’s Artis Smith had five receptions for 118 yards and two touchdowns and fellow wide receiver Delvon Purvis added seven catches for 90 yards. Garfield running backs Franky Diaz and Sergio Macedo each had one touchdown. Diaz had 15 carries for 98 yards and Macedo added 19 carries for 90 yards.

MARINE LEAGUE

Narbonne 28, San Pedro 8
Narbonne (7-1, 2-1) quarterback Josh Moten completed 14 of 20 passes for 188 yards and rushed for 103 yards on six carries. Running back Thomas Gray added 15 carries for 51 yards and two touchdowns for the Gauchos. San Pedro (6-2,1-2) quarterback Jimmy Cortez was six of 20 for 143 yards and one touchdown.

Banning is 7-1, 2-1. Gardena is 0-8, 0-3.

Carson 56, Washington 28

NORTHERN LEAGUE

Eagle Rock 28, L.A. Marshall 15
Jelani Blunt rushed for 98 yards, scored two touchdowns and passed for another in the victory for visiting Eagle Rock (8-0, 3-0), which won its 20th consecutive game. Obed Cervantes had a pair of touchdown passes, an 18-yarder and a 40-yarder to Rodney Berry for Marshall (5-3, 2-1) which led, 15-14, at the half. Sophomore eammate Preston Oliver finished with 128 yards rushing on 15 carries, his fifth straight game with 100 or more yards on the ground.

Lincoln 38, Belmont 19
Richard Castellanos completed eight of 13 passes for 138 yards and three touchdowns, and also ran for 41 yards and one TD for the Tigers (5-3, 1-2). Belmont fell to 6-2,1-2.

Greg Jimenez through three touchdown passes to Michael LoCurto and Jarrot Bell rushed for three touchdowns for Chatsworth (5-3, 2-1), which led, 22-21, at halftime against El Camino Real (2-6, 3-0).

WESTERN LEAGUE

Fairfax 14, L.A. Hamilton 6
Allen Ferguson completed 12 of 19 passes for 160 yards and two touchdowns and Marquis Nicolis had six receptions for 97 yards and one touchdown for host Fairfax (6-2, 3-0), which trailed, 6-0, at halftime. Hamilton (3-5, 0-3) scored on a 34-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter.

Venice 41, L.A. University 8
Venice quarterback Richard Ragland threw two passes to Jerry Johnson of 40 and 65 yards. Curtis McNeal ran for two touchdowns. The visiting Wildcats scored a touchdown in the last four seconds in the loss to the Gondoliers.

Dominique Starks had a 59-yard interception return for host Westchester (3-5, 1-2).

NONLEAGUE

Santee 34, Van Nuys 0
Junior running back Demonte Bell rushed for 124 yards and two touchdowns in 13 carries and junior wide receiver Mark Bennett caught five passes for 141 yards and two touchdowns and intercepted two passes for host Santee (2-6). Van Nuys fell to 2-6.

South East 32, South Gate 20
Senen Carson rushed 175 yards on 18 carries with two touchdowns and Luis Varraza was 7 of 12 for 144 yards and three touchdowns for South East (6-3, 3-2). Erik Guevara had 23 carries for 121 yards and two touchdowns for South Gate (0-8, 0-4).
